All services are NON REFUNDABLE. Horoscopes and tarot readings are sent within 24 to 48 hours after purchase. For virtual or in person sessions, the date and time are agreed on by both parties.
Sessions can only be postponed once. A second cancellation requires purchasing a new service. In person sessions at the client's location carry an additional $200 MXN cost.
